Equipment Customization
We have independently developed laser cladding and metal 3D printing equipment that covers multiple application scenarios, including high-speed laser cladding equipment (with an efficiency of more than twice that of traditional processes under specific conditions), portable laser cladding equipment (suitable for on-site environments such as power plants and mines), and ProAM series powder feeding metal 3D printers (with high cost-effectiveness, easy molding, and grafting printing characteristics). At the same time, we can provide customized non-standard equipment services based on customers' specific part types, material systems, production scenarios, and production capacity requirements, ensuring the entire process from process validation to equipment delivery, so that equipment can truly adapt to customers' production realities.

Customization of production line
We break through the traditional production mode of "single machine equipment+manual operation" and tailor standardized, digital, and intelligent production lines for customers around the core processes of intelligent additive manufacturing and remanufacturing. We provide a full chain turnkey service of "process research and development - equipment customization - production line integration - information deployment - operation and maintenance training". The production line can be flexibly configured as an additive manufacturing production line, a remanufacturing production line, or a composite production line.
